The opinion of the court, filed on June 3, 2002, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 1, in the second line of the case name, "v." shall be changed to "and", so that the line reads:

Plaintiff-Appellant/Cross-Appellee, and DAWN WEMPLE,

On page 1, in the last line of the case name, "s" shall be added to "Defendant", so that the line reads:

Defendants-Appellees/Cross-Appellees

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
