ORDER AMENDING OPINION OF THE COURT

The opinion of the court, filed on March 30, 2000, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 10, footnote 2, the fifth paragraph listing the categories describing the claims asserted in a civil claims case shall have "Replevin" added between "Property Damage" and "Special Proceeding," so that it reads:

The category best describing the claims asserted in a civil claims case shall be selected from the following:

Assumpsit

Personal Injury

Property Damage

Replevin

Special Proceeding

Summary Possession (Residential Lease)

Summary Possession (Commercial Lease)

Other Civil Action

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
