ORDER AMENDING OPINION OF THE COURT

The opinion of the court, filed on November 15, 1999, is hereby amended as follows:

The phrase "to be methamphetamine." to be added on page 2, last paragraph, second sentence, so that the sentence reads: "Two of the glass pipes contained residue found to be methamphetamine."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing additions in the original opinion.
