The opinion of the court, filed November 22, 2000, is hereby amended as follows: On page 13, line 4 from the top, delete "§ 7801-114 (1993)" and replace with "§ 708-831 (1999)".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
