The Summary Disposition Order, filed on August 14, 2000, is hereby amended as follows:

The date in the second to the last line of the second paragraph shall be changed from "February 11, 1999" to "January 13, 1999," so that the paragraph reads:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Judgment, Guilty Conviction and Sentence of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, filed on January 13, 1999, from which this appeal is taken, is affirmed.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
