The opinion of the court, filed November 22, 2000, is hereby amended as follows: At page 1 in the case caption, the word "Plaintiff-Appellant" is deleted and replaced with the word "Plaintiff-Appellee"; and the word "Defendant-Appellee" is deleted and replaced with the word "Defendant-Appellant", so that the case caption reads,

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
