ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Defendants-Appellants Avanell M. Hamilton, Renee U. Elaban-North, Charlene Greene, and Joycelyn W. Unciano (collectively Defendants-Appellants) seek a reconsideration of our Summary Disposition Order filed on June 19, 2001, and hereby bring their motion filed on June 29, 2001, and entitled, Motion for Reconsideration and Clarification of the Summary Disposition Order dated June 19, 2001 for the: (1) Affirmed Order Denying Defendants-Appellants' Motion to Dismiss: September 8, 1998 in Conjunction with (2) Standing. Also No Discernible Argument to Address (4) [sic] Unfair Deceptive Trade Practice, HRS 480-12. Upon consideration of the memorandum in support of the motion, and the records and files in this case,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is denied.
