The summary disposition order, filed on April 27, 2001, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 1, in the fifth line of the caption, "Respondent-Appellant" shall be replaced by "Respondent-Appellee," so that the case name shall read as follows:

                 STATE OF HAWAII, Respondent-Appellee
 

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
