ORDER OF AMENDMENT

(By: Burns, C.J., Watanabe and Lim, JJ.)

The memorandum opinion of the court, filed on January 16, 2001, is hereby amended as follows:  

1. At page 1, line 2 of the first paragraph, footnote 1 is added after the date "June 29, 1999" and the footnote reads as follows:

1/ The file mark of the judgment reflects that the judgment was filed on June 24, 1999; however, the judgment was signed and dated by the judge on June 29, 1999, and the notice of entry of judgment was signed and dated by the clerk on June 29, 1999. We conclude that the judgment was entered on June 29, 1999, the date the judgment was signed by the judge.

2. At page 1, line 2 of the second paragraph, footnote 1 after the figure "$20,000" is amended to read footnote "2", and at the bottom of page 1, footnote 1 is amended to read footnote "2".

3. At page 1, line 3 of the second paragraph, the date "July 29, 1999" is amended to read "June 29, 1999".

4. At page 11, line 1 of the last paragraph, the date "June 17, 1999" is amended to read "June 29, 1999".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
