SECOND ORDER AMENDING OPINION OF THE COURT

The opinion of the court, filed on August 9, 2001, is hereby further amended as follows:

On page 1, in the first sentence, "Ralph H. Hayashi" is deleted and replaced with "Ralph K. Hayashi".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the change.
