The Summary Disposition Order, filed on June 7, 2001, is hereby amended as follows:

Footnote 1: Judge McKenzie's first name shall be changed from "Charles" to "Christopher P." so the sentence reads: "District Court Judge Christopher P. McKenzie presided."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
