IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of the court filed on May 24, 2001, is amended as follows:

Page 21, Section IV: The November 12 date shall be changed to November 17 so that the sentence reads, "Accordingly, we reverse the November 17, 1999, judgment."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
