In the above-entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed June 20, 2001, is hereby amended as follows: On page 6 at line 6, the roman numeral "II." is deleted and replaced with "[B.]", so that it reads as follows:

[B.] CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
