The opinion of the court, filed on January 31, 2001, is amended as follows: At page 8, line 15 from the top, where it reads "Q. I definitely told him", the letter "Q" is deleted and replaced with the letter "A", so that it reads as follows:

A. I definitely told him.

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
