The summary disposition order, filed on June 7, 2001, is hereby amended as follows:

(1) Reference to the appeal number, "NO. 23310", at the top of page 1, should be corrected to read "NOS. 23310 AND 23319"; and

(2) Reference to "FC-S No. 99-04424", in the caption on page 1, should be corrected to read "FC-S No. 96-04424".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
