ORDER OF AMENDMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of the court filed on February 19, 2002, is amended by deleting the language in footnote 1 on page 1 and replacing said language with the following:

Per diem District Court Judge John T. Vail presided at Valdez's April 11, 2000, arraignment and plea. The Honorable Douglas H. Ige presided at Valdez's June 21, 2000, trial.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
