ORDER AMENDING OPINION OF THE COURT

The opinion of the court, filed on July 31, 2002, is hereby amended as follows:

(1) On page 6, in line 4 of footnote 5, "Quality Mortgage U.S.A., Inc." shall be amended to read "Quality Mortgage USA, Inc.," so that the line reads as follows:

(2) On page 16, in line 1 of the fourth full paragraph, the date "July 19, 2002" shall be amended to read "July 19, 2000," so that the line reads as follows:

On July 19, 2000, Ocwen's attorney filed in the circuit

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
