In the above-entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed July 30, 2002, is hereby amended as follows: At page 5, line 3 from the top, the name "Locquiao" is deleted and replaced with the name "Kim" so that line 3 from the top of page 5 reads:

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
