IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on May 14, 2002, is amended as follows:

On page 3, under the "On the briefs" section, Sarah Courageous' name shall be deleted as the attorney for defendant-appellant and replaced with Richard D Gronna's name.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
