The opinion of the court, filed on June 14, 2002, is amended as follows (deletion is bracketed and addition is bolded):

On page 9, the last line, which reads [Miranda v. Arizona, 396 U.S. 868 (1969).] is amended to read Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966).

The portion of page 26 which reads [Tracy A. Jones, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, City and County of Honolulu, for, Plaintiff-Appellee] is amended to read Arleen Watanabe, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, County of Maui, for plaintiff-appellee.

The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
