In the above-entitled appeal, the majority opinion of the court, filed June 12, 2002, is hereby amended as follows: At page 6, line 6 from the bottom, the name "AhSan" is deleted and replaced with the name "Bush" so that line 6 from the bottom of page 6 reads:

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
