ORDER OF AMENDMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on November 8, 2002, is amended as follows:

1. Page 1, first paragraph, fourth line, after "November 16, 2000" add "and the Final Judgment filed on May 3, 2001" so the line reads as follows:

Maui (Order), entered on November 16, 2000, and the Final Judgment filed on May 3, 2001 by the Circuit Court 

2. Page 1, first paragraph, last line, after the word "Order" delete the remainder of the sentence and add "and the Final Judgment filed May 3, 2001." so the line reads as follows:

November 16, 2000 Order and the Final Judgment filed May 3, 2001.

3. Page 5, second paragraph, last line, after "November 16, 2000" add ""and the Final Judgment filed May 3, 2001" so the line reads as follows:

November 16, 2000 and the Final Judgment filed May 3, 2001 areaffirmed.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
