IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Memorandum Opinion of the court filed on June 6, 2003, is amended as follows:

On page 1, the title of Memorandum Opinion shall be deleted and replaced with Summary Disposition Order.

On page 3, the title of First Deputy Prosecuting Attorney under Arleen Y. Watanabe's name shall be deleted and replaced with Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
