ORDER OF AMENDMENT
(By: Burns, C.J., Watanabe and Lim, JJ.)

In the above-entitled appeal, the memorandum opinion of the court, filed March 19, 2003, is hereby amended as follows: The words "circuit court" is deleted and replaced with the words "family court" (1) at page 1, in the caption so that it reads:

APPEAL FROM THE FAMILY COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT

(2) at page 1, line 2 of the first paragraph, so that it reads:

from the family court's July 26, 2001 Judgment following a jury

and (3) at page 8, line 1 of the "Conclusion", so that it reads:

Accordingly, we affirm the family court's July 26,

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original order.
