In the above-entitled appeal, the majority opinion of the court, filed October 31, 2003, is hereby amended as follows: At page 21, line 1 from the top, the word "policies" is substituted for the word "polices," so that line 1 reads as follows:

applicable policies be stacked, albeit for distinct public policy

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
