ORDER OF AMENDMENT

In the above-entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed December 18, 2003, is hereby amended as follows: At page 17, line 7 from the top, the word "[Colleen]" is deleted and replaced by the words "his wife," so that line 7 reads as follows:

Montgomery and his wife were credible while the CW was not.

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
