The summary disposition order filed on April 16, 2003 is hereby amended as follows:

At the end of page 2 at the attorney references, "City and County of Honolulu" shall be replaced by "County of Maui" so that that portion reads as follows:

Arleen Y. Watanabe, Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney, County
of Maui, for plaintiff-appellee.

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
