The Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration filed on September 3, 2003 is hereby amended as follows:

In line 2 of the order, the name of Defendant-Appellant shall be changed from "Steven Tataii" to "Steve Tataii[.]"

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
