ORDER AMENDING SUMMARY DISPOSITION ORDER

The Summary Disposition Order filed on August 18, 2003 is hereby amended as follows:

On page 1, in line 1 of the order, the name of Defendant-Appellant shall be changed from "Steven Tataii" to "Steve Tataii[.]"

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
