1. At page 10, line 4 of the first paragraph, the word "Cannons" is misspelled and should be corrected to read: "Canons."
2. At page 10, second paragraph of quoted text, the word "Cannon" is misspelled and should be corrected to read: "Canon."
3. At page 11, line 3 of the last paragraph, the word "Cannon" is misspelled and should be corrected to read: "Canon."
4. At page 12, line 3 from the top of the page, the word "Cannon" is misspelled and should be corrected to read: "Canon."
5. At page 12, line 5 from the top of the page, a comma should follow the introductory signal "E.g." and should read: "E.g., Attorney Grievance Comm'n v. Shaw, . . . ."6. At page 15, line 4 of the indented quoted material, the word "persons's" is misspelled and should be corrected to read: "person's."
7. At page 21, within heading "C." in the middle of the page, the defendant-appellant's name is referred to as "Lionel" and should be corrected to read: "Lioen."
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
