In the above-entitled appeal, the memorandum opinion of the court, filed on December 24, 2003, is hereby amended as follows:

At page 41, at item 3, line 11 from the top, the words "Conclusions of Law" are deleted and replaced with the words "Findings of Fact". The phrase will thus read, "Findings of Fact nos. 55 and 56."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
