On March 4, 2004, the court filed its memorandum opinion in the above-entitled case. On March 10, 2004, the court clerk for the Third Circuit Court filed an Affidavit of Circuit Court Clerk stating that an incorrect civil number was typed onto the record on appeal and that the correct civil number for this case is Civ. No. 00-1-162. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the civil case number in the caption on the first page of the memorandum opinion is amended to read "Civ. No. 00-1-162".
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all subsequent documents filed in this case shall carry the correct civil case number, Civ. No. 00-1-162.
The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
