ORDER OF AMENDMENT

In the above entitled appeal, the opinion of the court, filed on April 30, 2004, is hereby amended as follows:

At page 17, line 1 of the second full paragraph from the top, "[Kiehm]" is deleted and replaced with "[Adams]". The sentence will thus read: "In COL No. 14, the court decided that '[Adams] is not entitled to damages against [Kiehm] for [Kiehm's] failure to disclose a local agent.'"

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion.
