The Summary Disposition Order filed on August 31, 2004 is hereby amended as follows:

At the attorney reference at the bottom of page 4, "Peter B. Carlisle, prosecuting attorney, City and County of Honolulu, for plaintiff-appellee" shall be replaced with "Alexa D. M. Fujise, deputy prosecuting attorney, City and County of Honolulu, for plaintiff-appellee."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order.
