IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on August 6, 2004, is amended on page 3 of the order by deleting Peter Carlisle, Prosecuting Attorney, as attorney for plaintiff-appellee on the briefs and adding Alexa D.M. Fujise, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, as attorney for plaintiff-appellee on the briefs.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
