  ORDER OF CORRECTION

The opinion of the court, filed on March 24, 2005, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     At page 4, the last line of the page, the word "resistence" is mispelled and should be corrected to read resistance."

    2.     At page 5, line 2, the name "Hickle's" should not be in a possessive form and should be corrected to read "Hickle."

    3.     At page 9, last sentence on the page, an okina (glottal stop) needs to be added between the double vowel "ii" in the word "Hawaii" so that it is corrected to read "Hawaii."

    4.     At page 10, seventh line from the bottom of the page, the word "possesses" should be corrected to read "possess."

    5.     At page 13, in the second blocked quoted text on the page, at line 10, the word "other's" should be a plural possessive and corrected to read "others'."

    6.     At page 17, line 4, a comma should be added between the words "Terry" and "on-the-street."

    7.     At page 18, line 8, the name "Rubio" is misspelled and should be corrected to read "Rubino."

    8.     At page 18, third line from the bottom of the page, the word "officers'" should be a singular possessive and corrected to read "officer's."

    9.     At page 24, second line from the bottom of the page, the word "crowed" should be corrected to read "crowded."

    10.     At page 25, line 6, the comma should be deleted after the word "position."

    11.     At page 25, line 8, the comma should be deleted after the word "frisk."

    12.     At page 25, line 12, the word "at" should be inserted in the parallel cite for Goudy between "479 P.2d" and "803-04."

    13.     At page 27, footnote 8 (continued from page 26), first line in the paragraph after "FOF #7," an okina (glottal stop)     needs to be added between the double vowels "ii" in the word "Hawaii" so that it reads "Hawai‘i."

    14.     At page 31, footnote 12, in the title of the statute, the word "Attempt" should be all in lowercase.

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
