The motion for reconsideration filed on October 3, 2005 by the defendants-appellants Lee Lau Sam Moi aka Lau Sam Moi Lee, and Herman B. K. Lee (Appellants), requesting that the court review its summary disposition order, filed on September 22, 2005, is hereby granted in part and denied in part.

The motion is granted in part as reflected in the order of amendment filed concurrently with this order granting in part and denying in part Appellants' motion for reconsideration.

In all other respects, Appellants' motion is denied.
