ORDER OF AMENDMENT

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on November 28, 2005, is amended by deleting "Alexa D.M. Fujise" from the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney credit on page 2, and replacing it with "Daniel Shimizu".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original Sumary Disposition Order.
