James Stanley Kraft appeals the November 4, 2003 final judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit (circuit court). ⁽¹⁾

After a thoughtful review of the records and the briefs submitted by the parties, and giving careful consideration to the arguments advanced and the issues raised by the parties, we affirm the November 4, 2003 final judgment of the circuit court. See Rivera v. Dep't of Labor and Indus. Relations, 100 Hawai`i 348, 349-50, 60 P.3d 298, 299-300 (2002).
