IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on June 17, 2005, is amended by adding "FC-" before the lower court criminal number in the caption of the case so the lower court criminal number reads "FC-CR. NO. 03-1-0002."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
