IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of the court filed on October 26, 2005, is amended as follows:

Page 9, line 9: Medugo shall be deleted and replaced with Medugno.

Page 14, line 3: Caprella shall be deleted and replaced with Caparella.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
