Petitioner-Appellant Wolfgang Eisermann (Eisermann) appeals from an April 28, 2004 "Amended Order Denying Petition to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Judgment or to Release Petitioner from Custody" of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit ⁽¹⁾  denying his Petition to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Judgment or to Release Petitioner from Custody. Petitioner's appeal is without merit.

The April 28, 2004 "Amended Order Denying Petition to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Judgment or to Release Petitioner from Custody" of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit is affirmed.
