ORDER OF AMENDMENT
(Burns, C.J., Watanabe and Foley, JJ.)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of the court filed on October 6, 2005, is amended as follows:

On page 3, at line 2 from the bottom, the word "and" is added between the words "decision" and "separately"; and the words "The decisions" are deleted and replaced with the word "They". The phrase will thus read: ". . . numbered decisions and separately numbered orders. They state, in relevant part, as follows:"

On page 6, at line 11 from the top, the word "fo" is misspelled and should read "for".

On page 19, at line 13 from the top, a closing quotation mark should be added after the word "spouse[.]".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
