IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the Court filed on April 28, 2006, is corrected as follows:

On page 19, in footnote 37, delete "Id." and replace it with "Pukui & Elbert, supra note 2,";

On page 20, in footnotes 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, and 44, delete "Id." and replace it with "Pukui & Elbert, supra note 2,";

On page 20, in footnote 45, delete "26" and replace it with "27";

On page 22, last line, please insert "(1999)" after "735" and before the period.

On page 23, line 3 from the bottom, delete "Pioneer Mill, 90 Hawai`i 289, 296, 978 P.2d 727, 733 (1999)" and replace it with "Id. at 733".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
