ORDER OF CORRECTION

In the above-entitled appeal, the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on April 10, 2006, is hereby corrected as follows: on page 3, line 23 the date in that line should be changed from "June 2, 2005" to "June 3, 2003". The line should read: "entered on June 3, 2003, is affirmed except with regard to the".

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Summary Disposition Order.
