IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order of the court filed on June 8, 2006, is amended as follows:

On page 1, last line, "September 16" shall be deleted and replaced with "November 21".

On page 4, fourth line, "September 16, 2003" shall be deleted and replaced with "November 21, 2003".

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
