ORDER OF AMENDMENT
(By: Watanabe, Acting C.J., Lim, and Nakamura, JJ.)

The opinion of the court, filed on February 3, 2006, is hereby amended as follows:

1.     At page 10, line 2 from the top of the page, a closed parenthesis should be added before the period and should read: "70 Haw. 46, 56, 760 P.2d 670, 676 (1988))."

2.     At page 18, line 5 from the top of the page, the word "a" should be omitted and should read: "According to this research, because the odor of methyl benzoate...."

3.     At page 19, line 3 from the top of the page, Officer Rodrigues's name is misspelled and should be corrected from "Rogrigues" to "Rodrigues."

4.     At page 19, line 8 from the top of the page, the first appearance of the word "any" should be omitted and should read: "State, however, did not adduce any evidence of what...."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
