The opinion of the court, filed on June 26, 2006, is hereby corrected as follows:

1. At page 16, line 23, the word "though" should be corrected to read "through" so that line 23, as corrected, should read "favoring dispute resolution through voluntary

settlement . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
