The Summary Disposition Order filed on May 23, 2006, is hereby corrected as follows:

1. At page 1, in the caption, the reference to the circuit court should be "Second Circuit" instead of "First Circuit" and should read as follows: "APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
