ORDER OF CORRECTION

The opinion of the court, filed on March 28, 2006, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     At page 8, footnote 6, the word "had" should be deleted so that the footnote is corrected to read: "As previously noted, Shawn Tela (Tela) told the circuit court . . . ."

2.     At page 10, line 13, the word "statement" should be plural and corrected to read "statements."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
